Geoffrey Griggs, Ed.D
- Title: Director of Multicultural Affairs
- Responsibilities in Multicultural Affairs: I work to encourage students to embrace other cultures as they celebrate their own. I also look at ways to get the campus and community excited about opportunities available through participation with our Big 6, Multicultural, and Greek Organizations.

Katelynn Dudik
- Title: Office Manager
- Responsibilities in Multicultural Affairs: As the Office Manager, I provide full-time support to the Multicultural Affairs staff and all students here at Baylor University. Aside from managing day-to-day operations, I play a critical role in assisting with departmental scholarships, programming, and other initiatives. I coordinate all logistics for heritage luncheons and departmental homecoming events. When I am not working or spending time with my family, I am diligently pursuing a degree in Child & Family Studies here at Baylor.

Tranquility Gordon
- Title: Associate Director of Multicultural Affairs
- Responsibilities in Multicultural Affairs: As Associate Director, I get to advocate for all students, collaborating with university partners, undergraduate, and graduate students as they work to achieve their social and educational goals. I also represent the Department in service with Baylor's Black Faculty & Staff Association, Staff Council, the Division of Student Life's Communication Collaborative, and other university committees.

Priscilla Serrato
- Title: Senior Coordinator for Education and Training
- Responsibilities in Multicultural Affairs: I oversee all education and training initiatives for the department, such as the Leave Your Mark Program, Mini Clips (Multicultural Affairs Student Organization Leadership Training), Neighbor Nights, and the Multicultural Affairs Book Club. In addition, I oversee Baylor Cub Talk, which is a departmental podcast designed to promote cultural literacy and open dialogue among students. I also serve on the Student Life Staff Development Committee.

Leslie Burnias DeLaFuente
- Title: Program Coordinator
- Responsibilities in Multicultural Affairs: I oversee all scholarship initiatives for the department such as the Trailblazer Scholars Program, and the Dr. Vivienne Malone Mays and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. scholarships. In addition, I serve as the department's student conference coordinator assisting as a secondary advisor for Baylor's Big XII Conference on Black Student Government and Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) delegation. I implement and maintain the MA Times Newsletter and develop media content for departmental presentations and social media as needed. I also serve as liaison with Development, seeking strategic opportunities for students to access monetary resources in support of their education and overall development.

Moriah Bailey
- Title: Ministry Associate
- Responsibilities in Multicultural Affairs: I am here to support the spiritual growth and holistic development of all students as they navigate life at Baylor University. I am excited for the opportunity to offer resources to individual students, support student organizations and coalitions, and bring some fierce competition to What's Poppin' Wednesday.
