Please fill out this form for events in which the Department of Multicultural Affairs is serving as a co-sponsor with the student organization and a speaker is desired at the event or program. All other speaker approval forms must be submitted to the Department of Student Activities.
Please only fill out this form if you are seeking co-sponsorship of an event from The Department of Multicultural Affairs. Form must be submitted to the Department of Multicultural Affairs two months before the event for consideration of funds.
Leadership Conference Travel Fund Form
Please fill out this form for student organizations who are seeking funding for conference attendance, travel, and lodging expenses. Conferences must be non-Greek leadership conferences that align with Baylor’s mission.
Diversity Enhancement Grant Application
Individuals (students, staff and faculty), organizations and programs are invited to submit grant proposals that would strengthen and promote respect for diversity through innovative leadership and service, or policies, practices, events and programs designed to enhance a climate of understanding and respect throughout the campus community.

The Student Government Allocation Fund (SGAF) is a financial resource available to those seeking to create a University-wide impact through campus improvement projects, social events, educational causes and charitable endeavors.
